About Us

Prized Pieces was started by me, Matthew Sharman, in 2016 as a “side hustle” to my architectural design business. Being a massive car nut, and owning my 1964 EH Holden for the last 20 years, I wanted to build the business around my hobby.

Originally operating out of tubs in my home garage I built up a large following on eBay and Facebook. At the end of 2019 I built a new studio in the backyard so I could expand the range of products I sold and began operating in a shop-like environment where regular customers could browse our items on our wall.

Now at the start of 2022 we are taking another large step and will be moving into a much larger warehouse and for the first time, will be opening direct to the public. This also allows us to further expand our product range, so you can find the perfect item, whether you are a collector or as a gift for a loved one.
